I look into some information on COVID-19 and SARS both having the commonality of oxygen deprivation that some people experience. Is COVID-19 really a respiratory illness?

VERY interesting. There are so many aspects of this disease that just don't make sense, like why Israel has so many more cases and deaths than neighbouring Palestine, and why there are so many more deaths in developed countries. This could explain why.
