Durbar Festival is a annual festival in different states and cities of Nigeria. Mostly all Islamic communities celebrate the durbar.

The festival marks the end of Ramadan fast, prayers, processions, feasting and dancing by Moslem communities everywhere. At Kano, Kastina, Bida, Sokoto, Ilorin, Maiduguri and other northern cities.

Emir attend prayers followed by nobles and mounted warriors. Acrobats, juggles, snake charmers and the great durbar which comprises a good number of colorfully dressed horses in a big procession, trumpeting and skillful display in a horse back is one of the highlights of the durbar.
