埋尾
每次當一件工作至埋尾階段，整個人便開始放鬆及「心散」，開始會集中不了精神。這一段間便是狀態最差的時候。而往往這一段時間，拖延正便會出現。
這幾年，慶幸有區塊鏈內容平台，可以將自己的拖延症舒發出來。不會屈在心裡，可以在這些平台有不吐不快的感覺。並且給自己一些提醒，要認真去面對問題。
