My obsession with the da Vinci Code 📚❤️[ESP/ING]

Today I am going to tell you about one of my favorite reading anecdotes provoked by my interest in the subject of the da Vinci code, I remember that after reading 3 related books I found out that there was a movie that covered the book written by Dan Brown and I felt kind of stupid because even though it was a movie that had been released a few years ago I had no idea of its existence.
Cuando tenía aproximadamente 14 años leí por primera vez la novela escrita por Dan Brown titulada "El código da Vinci" y tanto fue mi asombro por el tema que cada vez que leía algo interesante y que desconocía salía corriendo donde mi mamá a decirle "Mami tu sabías que el número π se repite varias veces en nuestro cuerpo" Y mi mamá con el mismo asombro que yo "Nooo sabía" jajaja. Para quienes nunca han leído este libro se trata sobre la investigación del asesinato del conservador del museo Louvre y que al parecer con su último aliento había logrado escribir el nombre de su asesino (nuestro protagonista, un profesor de simbología) junto a unas secuencias numéricas y además su cuerpo había sido encontrado en una posición en la que indicaba que existía un mensaje cifrado y así llama la atención de una investigadora (criptologa) francesa llamada Sophie Neveu, la cual, junto al sospechoso del homicidio, Robert Langdon comenzarán una aventura donde te cuestionaras todas tus creencias o conocimientos relacionados con el Vaticano y la religión así como de conspiraciones y sociedades secretas como el priorato de Sión! Una historia que a mí en particular me encantó, sobretodo las explicaciones de simbología que están presentes en el relato así como todos los giros inesperados que hay, posee a mí parecer una trama bastante envolvente que cuando termine el libro quedé: 🤡 porque sin dudas quería más información sobre todo el tema.
When I was about 14 years old I read for the first time the novel written by Dan Brown entitled "The Da Vinci Code" and I was so amazed by the subject that every time I read something interesting and unknown to me I ran to my mom and told her "Mommy did you know that the number π is repeated several times in our body" And my mom with the same amazement as me "I did not know" hahaha. For those who have never read this book, it is about the investigation of the murder of the curator of the Louvre museum and that apparently with his last breath he had managed to write the name of his murderer (our protagonist, a professor of symbology) along with some numerical sequences and also his body had been found in a position that indicated that there was an encrypted message and thus draws the attention of a French researcher (cryptologist) named Sophie Neveu, which, along with the suspect of the murder, Robert Langdon will begin an adventure where you will question all your beliefs or knowledge related to the Vatican and religion as well as conspiracies and secret societies such as the Priory of Sion! A story that I particularly loved, especially the explanations of symbology that are present in the story as well as all the unexpected twists that there are, it has in my opinion a quite involving plot that when I finished the book I was: 🤡 because no doubt I wanted more information about the whole subject.

Mi alivio llegó cuando, gracias a una tía pude leer un libro que se relaciona bastante con el tema llamado "el legado da Vinci" que a pesar de no ser la novela original que habla respecto al tema me hizo quedar boquiabierta varias veces, se trata sobre Vance Erickson un erudito davinciano que descubre que ciertas páginas del libro escrito por Leonardo da Vinci han sido falsificadas, siendo éstas los registros de los mejores inventos creados por el mismo ya que en ellos está plasmado como el señor da Vinci pudo crear estos inventos que en su mayoría eran armas de destrucción masivas, con un grupo corporativo y un grupo de monjes desterrados de la iglesia buscando los mismos manuscritos, si bien es cierto el tema de los escritos de Da Vinci ya están algo trillados, no deja de interesar y mezclado con una carrera contra reloj en la que se siente el verdadero vértigo y emoción.
My relief came when, thanks to an aunt I was able to read a book that is quite related to the subject called "The da Vinci Legacy" that despite not being the original novel that talks about the subject made me be dumbfounded several times, it is about Vance Erickson a scholar davinciano who discovers that certain pages of the book written by Leonardo da Vinci have been forged, These are the records of the best inventions created by the same as in them is captured as Mr. da Vinci could create these inventions that were mostly weapons of mass destruction, with a corporate group and a group of monks banished from the church looking for the same manuscripts, although it is true that the theme of the writings of Da Vinci are already somewhat hackneyed, it is still interesting and mixed with a race against the clock in which you feel the real vertigo and excitement.

En este punto entra a mi vida el libro "Más allá del código da Vinci" y de este libro solo puedo decir une fue lo máximo, es una de mis experiencias lectoras que me hizo quedar más "WOW, no me esperaba eso" en ella no hay una historia de aventura como tal pero explica de muchos temas que a veces son mejor no saber jaja, este libro me ayudó a darle un cierre a todo este tema porque realmente es demasiada información que asimilar y fue el que más me costó leer porque no conseguí quién tuviera la versión impresa y me tocó leerlo en PDF siendo super agotador para mi vista que suele cansarse muy rápido, para ese entonces no tenía teléfono celular y debía leerlo en mi computadora lo cual generalmente no se si sea mejor o peor. La verdad es que muchas veces hubiera preferido no leerlo solamente para tener la emoción de volver a leerlo jajajajajaja. Este libro trata de resolver todas las dudas generadas en el código da Vinci como la descendencia de Jesús en la tierra y el porque la iglesia siempre trato de ocultar toda esa información porque entonces se pondrían en duda muchas de las cosas escritas en la Biblia.
At this point the book "Beyond the da Vinci Code" came into my life and I can only say that this book was the best, it is one of my reading experiences that made me more "WOW, I did not expect that" in it there is not an adventure story as such but it explains many topics that sometimes are better not to know haha, this book helped me to give closure to all this topic because it really is too much information to assimilate and it was the one I had the hardest time reading because I didn't get who had the printed version and I had to read it in PDF being super exhausting for my eyes that usually get tired very fast, by then I didn't have a cell phone and I had to read it on my computer which generally I don't know if it is better or worse. The truth is that many times I would have preferred not to read it just to have the excitement of reading it again hahahahahahaha. This book tries to solve all the doubts generated in the da Vinci code like the descent of Jesus on earth and why the church always tried to hide all that information because then many of the things written in the Bible would be put in doubt.

This is one of my favorite reading themes and as always I try not to spoil it for you in case you want to read it, I highly recommend it if you like suspense and mystery stories with conspiracy stories. There are many, many more books related to this topic and even beyond the da Vinci code has a second part, but these that I mentioned are my favorites ❤️

Tu pasión por esta serie de libros es inspiradora, de verdad, JAJAJA. He tenido mucha curiosidad de leer El Código Da Vinci (y otros títulos de Dan Brown) por la cantidad de buenas reseñas que han publicado por acá.
Jajajaja es que de verdad me sentí muy envuelta por la trama, te los recomiendo porque se que te van a encantar
Lo verdaderamente atrapante en el betseller de Dan Brown es que une a la ficción datos históricos perfectamente creíbles y que cuestionan, con pruebas, el origen mismo de la Iglesia Católica.
Por ese motivo la Iglesia salió con los "botines de punta" para usar un término futbolistico criticando en forma muy agresiva su contenido cuando en realidad hasta ese momento habia habido centenares de obras literarias que trataban ese tema.
El gran mérito de Brown con sus conocimientos sobre el tema es que lo hace absolutamente creible.
