Review Book: HANDARU; Men Also Have Heart By Diantika IE

"HANDARU ”, is a book that written by my friend Diantike I.E. SHe is the chairman of a writing community in Indonesia called the Central Creative Writers Community (KPKers). It is an honor for me to read Handaru first to give a testimony, before the book is published and circulated in the public.

The story in Handaru combines the millennial life of the main character looking for love in life. Mellany, a girl with a metropolitan style who is able to conquer Daru's heart until she becomes smitten. Trapped in memories, making it difficult to find a partner to take to the aisle. The journey of Daru's heart is winding in finding a mooring, which he doesn't believe in himself. His trauma was deep, after the tale of acid that he had for years with his idol girl, ran aground in the middle of the road.

Finally, Handaru meets Meisya, a Muslim girl who is waiting for a halal mate to navigate life. She devoted all her love and life to her husband after the Kabul consent procession. However, who would have thought, her beloved husband loved her cousin: Aruna, a beautiful girl with a writing profession, who did not believe in men, because she had been hurt. For the sake of family and baby happiness, Meisya is willing to be combined and ready to meet the figure of the girl Daru loves.

Stories that are complex and evocative of the reader's emotions. IE Diantika Tea successfully combines millennial, religious and West Javanese culture styles in each of the figures presented. Novels that contain many moral messages that can be emulated, because they inspire us to interpret love and life.

This book is a recommendation for guys and girls who are confused about looking for a partner, so they don't end up upset, like myself. Rest assured, that every human being is created in pairs. If the relationship that we have been building all this time but ends up running aground on the way, it is because God has prepared someone who is more appropriate and suitable for us. God knows best what we need, not what we want.
