That made me laugh thinking of your crystal ball setting your bear on fire during a photo shoot.

It is kind of late though, I've probably just got the late night sillies. I have one of those little crystal balls. My Mom gave it to me for this past Christmas because I wanted it. It's fun to play with and inbetween sits on it's gold base with some of my other glass pretties.

I think its crystal glass, bought it a number of years ago and
the lady said keep it out of sunny windows, it might
catch your house on fire!

So that's an old one, how very, very cool! I'd say that the lady was right, it could start a fire with the right angle of sunlight. I was taking photos using a lens (I think from a telescope), that was a half sphere in shape. As I was angling at one point in the sunlight, I saw smoke starting to rise from the paper background I was angling it towards. That took about 5 seconds to occur!
