"The other Cheek" - Reflection Hunters Contest~ Round 16 (ENG-ESP)

Artwork "The other Cheek" by James Mathisson, exhibited in the park "Los Caobos" in the city of Caracas, where a head is observed, with the face looking towards the sky, and features such as a dark color and cracks that gives the impression that it was splitting.

A figure that makes us wander among its meanings, but it is found in this place where the elements welcome it and make it a protagonist of the space.

I am pleased to bring you my first entry to the contest of reflections of the Shadow hunters community, in it I wanted to bring you a bit of symmetry between nature and the art of man, with lines that in my opinion are beautiful and colors so strong that even in a reflection they stand out.

Obra de arte “La otra Mejilla” de James Mathisson, exhibida en el parque “Los Caobos” en la Ciudad de Caracas, donde se observa una cabeza, con la cara viendo hacia el cielo, y características como un color oscuro y grietas que da la impresión de que se estuviese partiendo.

Una figura que nos hace divagar entre sus significados, pero se encuentra en este lugar donde los elementos la acogen y la vuelven una protagonista más del espacio.

Me complace traerles mi primera entrada, al concurso de reflexiones de la comunidad Shadow hunters, en ella les quise traer un poco de simetría entre la naturaleza y el arte del hombre, con líneas que a mi parecer son hermosas y colores tan fuertes que hasta en un reflejo resaltan.

Esa Obra me encanta, cada vez que pasó por esos espacios la aprecio mucho, no solo eso, sino también el clima, el parque, todo se conjuga para que entres en un misticismo mientras observas está hermosa creación.
