The wheelbarrow is my assistant

This is my extra-set answer to the contest Shadow Hunters Contest Round 177 from @melinda010100





This wheelbarrow is my assistant in the yard work. On it, I drive the soil, manure to the beds. On it, I take out garbage, grass from the garden.
In previous years, I usually used a wheelbarrow with one wheel, but 3 years ago I bought a wheelbarrow with 2 wheels. And I realized that I was wrong, that it is more convenient to use one wheel. On two wheels, the wheelbarrow is more load-carrying and convenient.





But my wife still uses our wheelbarrow with one wheel. It seems to her that it is more convenient to use. I don't want to convince her otherwise. Everyone has the right to have their own opinion, especially since she rarely uses it. Sometimes we work at the same time. Today I was cleaning up the rabbit house, and my wife was taking the grass to the garbage bunker after weeding the beds.





There was a time when we carried firewood to our boiler on a similar wheelbarrow. The fact is that there was an old wooden house on the site of our house. And for several years we used the remains of this house as firewood.We stored them in the yard, and then drove them in a wheelbarrow to the basement, where there was a boiler. Then we built a special place for storing firewood and there was no need to transport firewood.


During my childhood, we did not have such a car. That's why my father and I used a stretcher. On a stretcher, we carried firewood from the street to the woodshed, we carried earth and manure on a stretcher. It was very uncomfortable. And irrational. At first, I often argued with my father that I did not want to do this, but as I grew older, I realized the need for this activity.
We also sawed wood with a two-handed saw, because we didn't have a chainsaw. In Soviet times, chainsaws were not sold in stores.


Now it has become much easier to do various necessary homework than 30-40 years ago.
