Forest Cowboy

In Russia, the word "Cowboy" is covered with a certain romance. What is the first attribute of a
cowboy? His hat. A wide-brimmed hat.

If a person goes in such a hat, then he can be called a cowboy.
I recently witnessed such a dialogue. A man came to work on March 8 in a cowboy hat to congratulate women on the holiday. My colleague, when talking to this person, emphasized that he was doing well, since he could wear such a chic hat. But this hat was actually beautiful.

Of course, my hat is much simpler. I wear it in the cool spring and autumn in the forest.
But such a hat is impossible to find in the shops of my city, even in a regional city. I bought it 5 years ago in a special store in Moscow.

In my childhood, there was a fashion for straw sombrero hats. Cuban wide-brimmed hats. These were the times of Freedom Island activity. You could see these hats in all the shops. But then they disappeared as quickly as they appeared.

Fashion is very fleeting.
But the cowboy hat is already a kind of classic.
