Shadow Hunters Contest Round 155 | Shadowhunters Contest Entry
One Sunday with the family, we visited the Palermo Ecopark in Argentina. A former zoological garden that is currently undergoing maintenance and recovery to make the proper adaptations for the species. Therefore, we could only see some animals that will be from now on the protagonists of the large environmental space. However, there are animals that due to their delicate health, cannot be transferred to their place of origin, as this would be a risk for their life.
Today I'm sharing the animal shades for the contest from dear @melinda010100.
At this time of the year it is common to see the Praying Mantis. Sitting on a bench, he visited us and there he was performing the best poses. The shadow demonstrates a copy of his martial arts.
The camel sitting under the shade of the tree. You can see how this animal rests and the shade shelters it. This animal exceeded the life expectancy at the zoo.
Here is a big bird. The Ñandú can measure a meter and a half. This specimen is a female because it is smaller and because of its plumage. In the park, there is only one male responsible for incubating the eggs. The shadow he casts on the ground has the shape of a hen.
Another animal that appropriates the ecological space is the Copio mammal. It looks like a large rodent, it is free to roam in the grass and ponds of the park. You can see the shadow below it as it looks at me.
Peacocks roam freely in the zoo. They parade their beauty. Here you can see by the position of the sun a shadow according to its length..
Thanks for commenting and supporting my shadow

Un estupendo paseo por el zoológico, con unas estupendas fotografías de los animales y sus sombras. Me encantó!.
hello dear friend @amandaj good afternoon
What beautiful photographs of shadows you present to us on this occasion, I love the shadows that the animals cast, that camel is seen to enjoy the shadow of the tree
Your images and story have brought me fond memories, I lived many years very close to there, on Serrano street.
I appreciate very much that you let us know these beautiful photos
have a beautiful night
Friend, I'm glad you liked my shadows and that you especially took a trip to the place where I lived.
This land gave me shelter, so I explore its culture.
Hugs, my friend
It is good to know that you are getting to know Buenos Aires, it is a very beautiful city, that you enjoy it a lot
Wonderful animal shadows! That looks like it is a delightful place to spend the day. And I'm sure it will be even more wonderful once they complete the renovations. Thanks for entering the shadow contest!
@melinda010100, thanks to you for the project and keeping an active #shadowhunters community.
It's fun to catch shadow life on camera and my little one gets involved with the activity.
PD: Let's hope that for the sake of the animals, the park will be able to accommodate the appropriate fauna and flora.
