NFT's for Architects and Designers?

Roaming around crypto universe I came across few projects which have a future potential to blow up into millions and billions.
Pondering about what productive info could I provide to my architecture+design community, Something interesting came across!

Since we are all crypto lovers, most of you may have came across the word "NFT" which stands for Non Fungible Tokens.

You may ask what is it actually?
Simply, what fungible means is something that could be easily replaceable by another item, or interchangeable.
what Token is something which serves as representation of of factual information or in other words it's kind of a certificate.

So, NFT's are non fungible tokens which is something unique and it is NOT replaceable . They are typically uniquely stored on decentralised platform. It could be an art or anything unique virtually and digitally.

Why I bought this subject into discussion today? It's been a while since I am researching on this subject and trying to create something profitable out of it. But The fact that an artist Krista Kim sold a virtual house in

whooping 288 Ether ($512,000)

Yes, It's true! It costs more than a real house. She calls its mars house-

SuperRare claims it to be first digital house in the world! The the buyer will get the 3d files of this house and with half a million he/ she will be the owner of this virtual house.
The concept behind this mars house as Krista Kim says and I quote- 'Comprised entirely of light, the visual effects of crypto-home are meant to omit a zen, healing atmosphere.'

Everything is modern, minimalistic and the furniture is made up of glass. The lights keep changing as I believe it's the walkthough which we could see through the SuperRare platform where her NFT was sold.

Moving ahead I would like to spread some light on the aspect of architects and designers getting an opportunity to express their creativity into something profitable and discover new heights. The sole purpose of this publication is to enlighten people on this platform to come out and create something interesting. Just tickle your creative buds friends!

These are few pieces by one of my favourite artist Karl Larsson. He creates creative architectural spaces which are so cute and aesthetically appealing. most of his NFT art is sold for as high as 2-4 eth around $2600-$5600 and more.
These are jpgs and are super creative.

Yup! Tickle your creative buds, as I told earlier. The art could be anything. But being a designer or architect you have a major advantage of Number One creativity and Number Two is skills.

An Indian man called Vignesh Sundaresan purchased $70,000,000 worth of NFT s. Yes It's true he made headlines few months ago. He s gonna create a project on blockchain regarding a game and he'll use the virtual art over there. Ya, He is serious on this and I am sure people like Vignesh will come up near future and this will flourish more than it's doing now!

Considering yourself weak in art and design? What about games?

I believe everyone has some unique and interesting talent. I may be weak at games but you might be god of games or just like playing it for fun!

What happens is when a wave of some new technology spreads around the world, there are many opportunities which comes for a certain time period. There are plenty of free and paid games where you collect some digital avatar or skin or any portion which is NFT and can be staked and sold.

Since we are sticking here for Architects, Engineers and Designers perspective there are many interesting building games as well.

For example- Gala game's Town starTown star is free and truly amazing, I too play it sometimes.

Another one called Alien World and Earth 2might interest you.
All three games are just a mere recommendation but please do a prior research before investing in them.

Internet bought us many opportunities and swam of technologies. Through blockchain and cryptoverse we can reach impossible heights now. I believe in going with the flow and evolve as the world does and had gathered these bunch of information through a research over few months now, Truly hope some of them might actually turn out to be life changing for you.
