Hola comunidad. Les saludos con respeto y cariño desde la República Bolivariana de Venezuela. Hoy quiero presentarles el Centro Comercial Líder, inaugurado en el año 2009 pero se concluye en el año 2011. Está ubicado en la Av. Francisco de Miranda, entre las Calles Capitolio y Santa Ana, Urbanización La California. Esta moderna edificación fue diseñada por el arquitecto David Gabay. El Centro Comercial Líder fue construido en un terreno del Municipio Sucre del Estado Miranda y la edificación tiene 125.000 m2, 7 niveles y 350 locales comerciales. En el Líder existen 10 salas de cine y un estacionamiento para 1.600 vehículos. Recorrer todo los niveles es una experiencia agradable por la variedad de tiendas que puedes visitar, además tienes sitios para sentarte y estar cómodo.

Hello community. I greet you with respect and affection from the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Today I want to introduce you to the Líder Shopping Center, inaugurated in 2009 but concluded in 2011. It is located on Av. Francisco de Miranda, between Capitolio and Santa Ana Streets, La California Urbanization, Caracas. This modern building was designed by the architect David Gabay. The Líder Shopping Center was built on land in the Sucre Municipality of the Miranda State and the building has 125,000 m2, 7 levels and 350 commercial premises. In the Líder there are 10 movie theaters and a parking lot for 1,600 vehicles. Going through all the levels is a pleasant experience due to the variety of shops that you can visit, you also have places to sit and be comfortable.

El centro comercial Líder fue concebido con un concepto moderno, vanguardista y funcional que lo caracteriza y lo diferencia de los demás, porque nuestro diseño está inspirado en la quilla de un barco y en cada uno de sus siete niveles comerciales reúnen los mejores componentes tecnológicos y de servicios utilizados en edificaciones.

The Líder shopping center was conceived with a modern, avant-garde and functional concept that characterizes it and differentiates it from the others, because our design is inspired by the keel of a ship and in each of its seven commercial levels they bring together the best technological components and of services used in buildings.

Al visitar el Centro Comercial Líder te encuentras en una extraordinaria infraestructura de varios comercios que ofrecen variedad de bienes y servicios: tiendas para todos los gustos y para todas las edades, áreas de descanso, tal lo van a ver en la fotografía que publicaré en este post, donde mi esposa está sentada en un amplio asiento de madera pulida. Existe un automercado; además, cuenta con ferretería, farmacias, locales de calzado y ropa deportiva, casual y para vestir de manera elegante, tiene locales donde ofrecen productos de tecnología, estética y belleza, del hogar, feria, restaurantes, entretenimiento, salas de conferencia, exposiciones, eventos y un gimnasio. Esta edificación comercial tiene una ubicación privilegiada dentro de la ciudad porque es de fácil acceso peatonal.

When visiting the Líder Shopping Center you find yourself in an extraordinary infrastructure of several shops that offer a variety of goods and services: shops for all tastes and for all ages, rest areas, as you will see in the photograph that I will publish in this post, where my wife is sitting on a wide polished wooden seat. There is a car market; In addition, it has hardware stores, pharmacies, stores for footwear and sportswear, casual and to dress elegantly, it has stores where they offer products of technology, aesthetics and beauty, home, fair, restaurants, entertainment, conference rooms, exhibitions, events and a gym. This commercial building has a privileged location within the city because it is easily accessible by pedestrians.

Los que asisten sin vehículos propios pueden llegar en autobús fácilmente porque existe una ruta directa que te deja en una parada ubicada exactamente al frente del Líder y para quienes van en vehículos particulares este centro comercial cuenta con un estacionamiento seguro y cómodo. En el Centro Comercial Líder también existe el nivel feria, donde el arte culinario y de comida rápida, a través de varias franquicias ofrecen variedad de comida a los visitantes en más de 40 locales y a su vez con una hermosa y fresca terraza externa donde se puede apreciar y disfrutar de una maravillosa vista al Parque Nacional El Ávila.

Those who attend without their own vehicles can easily get there by bus because there is a direct route that leaves you at a stop located exactly in front of the Leader and for those who go in private vehicles this shopping center has a safe and comfortable parking lot. In the Líder Shopping Center there is also the fair level, where the culinary art and fast food, through several franchises offer a variety of food to visitors in more than 40 stores and in turn with a beautiful and fresh external terrace where you can appreciate and enjoy a wonderful view of the El Ávila National Park.

Wow! Hello friend Marcos. The Lider Shopping Center certainly has an interesting architectural geometric plan if viewed from an aerial exterior consisting of a lip-shaped profile merging with a triangle or trapezoid. This commercial building's interior atrium incorporating the multi-level flights of escalators crisscrossing each other is truly a visual treat to behold. Aside from this beautiful feature, I'm also impressed by the massive size of this mall as it contains many skylights and articulate spaces. Thank you @marcosmilano71 for this remarkable publication! La verdad este bonito Centro Comercial no es tan grande como el Sambil, tampoco es tan visitado como el que acabo de nombrar. Ciertamente es moderno y tiene un extraordinario diseño. Aquí es agradable caminar o pasear con la familia porque existe mucha variedad de tiendas en las cuales se consigue lo que buscas. En el gran Distrito Capital existen muchos Centros Comerciales los cuales se distinguen por su diseño, ojalá que podamos mostrarlos para conocimiento de esta extraordinaria comunidad.
