Paseo por el Municipio Chacao

[ESP] Hola comunidad, reciban un cordial saludo desde la República Bolivariana de Venezuela. En este País suramericano, como en la mayoría de los países del mundo, estamos experimentando algunas restricciones por cuestiones de salud a causa del Covid19. Aquí, además de las medidas de bioseguridad, el distanciamiento social, la cuarentena obligatoria y el confinamiento voluntario de algunas personas, estamos sometidos a un plan impuesto por el gobierno llamado 7x7 el cual consiste en decretar una semana de cuarentena radical y otra de flexibilización para no detener por completo la economía, esta medida restrictiva ha permitido, según el gobierno nacional, bajar los niveles de contagio por Covid19 en la población venezolana.

[ENG] Hello community, receive a cordial greeting from the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. In this South American country, as in most countries in the world, we are experiencing some restrictions due to health issues due to Covid19. Here, in addition to biosecurity measures, social distancing, mandatory quarantine and voluntary confinement of some people, we are subject to a plan imposed by the government called 7x7 which consists of decreeing a week of radical quarantine and another of flexibility for not completely stop the economy, this restrictive measure has allowed, according to the national government, to lower the levels of contagion by Covid19 in the Venezuelan population.

[ESP] Aprovechando la semana de flexibilización mi esposa, uno de mis hijo y yo decidimos hacer un corto paseo familiar por nuestra ciudad capital, Caracas. Inicialmente estuvimos paseando por el casco histórico del Municipio Libertador y de allí nos trasladamos al Municipio Chacao, entramos al Centro Comercial Sambil y de regreso caminamos por la Avenida Francisco de Miranda, llegamos a Altamira y luego seguimos hasta la estación Miranda del Metro de Caracas donde está la parada de autobuses que nos trajo de regreso a nuestro apartamento. Es un paseo relativamente corto pero muy bueno, que nos sirvió para distraernos y como terapia para despejar la mente, mover las piernas y lo mas importante, salir del encierro en el que estamos por mas de un año.

[ENG] Taking advantage of the week of relaxation, my wife, one of my son and I decided to take a short family walk through our capital city, Caracas. Initially we were walking through the historic center of the Libertador Municipality and from there we moved to the Chacao Municipality, we entered the Sambil Shopping Center and back we walked along Francisco de Miranda Avenue, we arrived in Altamira and then we continued to the Miranda station of the Caracas Metro where there is the bus stop that brought us back to our apartment. It is a relatively short but very good walk, which served us to distract ourselves and as therapy to clear our minds, move our legs and most importantly, get out of the confinement we have been in for more than a year.

I'm not into much of going out but my wife loves it. She is the one who takes me out for a walk Hahahahaha. I always have to go with her because she doesn't like to go out alone. Here we have a year confined by Covid19. Thank you for always being there and for interacting with the good people who post in this community. Blessings to you and your loved ones.

Now that most countries are under tight restrictions due to the pandemic, it’s such a huge relief to take a refreshing breather and admire your surrounding built environment. Your capital city of Caracas and its neighboring municipalities definitely has a treasure trove of architectural wonders that every Venezuelan would be proud of. I’m glad your family and yourself had time to unwind and explore the outdoors. Enjoy more beautiful moments and have a safe one always!

Happy early morning from Venezuela friend @storiesoferne. Hello friend Erne. You're right, you have to go out and take a break ... even if it's wearing your mask and being very careful. The truth is that the confinement is difficult to carry. However, I am not very fond of going out, the one who likes to go for a walk is my wife. The truth is that we took advantage of leaving last Saturday, April 17, because this week is a radical quarantine and possibly the other is also due to the excessive increase in positive cases. Now you have to take care of yourself twice. I took into account the suggestion not to publish frequently but I have done it because yesterday was the anniversary of the Cuadra de Bolívar and the day before yesterday on April 19 and today the walk. Feliz madrugada desde Venezuela amigo @storiesoferne. Hola amigo Erne. Tienes razón hay que salir a tomar un respiro... aunque sea con el tapabocas y teniendo mucho cuidado. La verdad es que el encierro es dificil de llevar. Sin embargo, yo soy de poco salir, la que si le gusta andar de paseo es a mi esposa. Lo cierto es que aprovechamos de salir el pasado sábado 17 de abril porque esta semana es de cuarentena radical y posiblemente la otra también lo sea por el aumento desmedido de los casos positivos. Ahora hay que cuidarse el doble. Yo tomé en cuenta la sugerencia de no publicar seguido pero lo he hecho porque ayer fue la efeméride de la Cuadra de Bolívar y antes de ayer el 19 de abril y hoy el paseo. Próximamente publicaré una capilla de estilo gótico única en su estilo en Venezuela. Gracias por tu comprensión, comentario y apoyo. Saludos y bendiciones.
