Buen día a todos los que me leen, hoy decidí compartir con ustedes un diseño de acondicionamiento y reparación de un galpón de porcino y un área de baños.
En este proyecto se me solicito hacer el levantamiento de la estructura existente junto a mi equipo de trabajo y diseñar una propuesta, ademas se entrego un informe con las reparaciones que se debían hacer para el funcionamiento adecuado del galpón de porcinos.

In this project I am asked to do the lifting of the existing structure together with my team and design a proposal, in addition a report was handed over with the repairs that had to be made for the proper functioning of the pig shed.
En este punto se explica las reparaciones que se recomiendan hacer para cumplir con las normativas correspondientes para el manejo adecuado de estas estructuras y se muestra el diseño creado del galpón y los baños.

- Se propone un trabajo de remoción y limpieza de arbustos, matorrales y todo tipo de vegetación liviana según normas COVENIN.

- Se propone el suministro e instalación de lavamanos con dos llaves, grifería de 4" color blanco, menor de 54 cm, ovalado. Incluye grifería y llave de arresto. Suministro e Instalación de w.c. de asiento con tanque bajo, descarga al piso, de color blanco. Incluye grifería, llave de arresto, brida, sello de cera y tornillos.

Se propone instalar una tubería plástica de PVC, diámetro 3/4 plg para la distribución del cableado.

Se propone la instalación de luminarias incandescentes, tipo pantalla galponera estilo industrial en el área de los corrales y para el área de depósito se propone luminarias fluorescentes de 120x60.
Copper cable, braided, coated, thw calibre 10 AWG for outlet and luminaire copper cable, braided, coated, thw, 12 awg caliber will be installed.
The installation of incandescent luminaires, industrial style shedd type in the area of pens and for the tank area is proposed fluorescent luminaires of 120x60.
- Para la instalación de luminarias se contara con cajetines metálicos, salida 3/4 plg, profundidad 1 1/2 plg, octogonales 4 plg (10.2 cm). Para tomacorriente e interruptores (switches), se contara con cajetines metálicos, salidas 3/4", profundidad 1 1/2", rectangulares 2" x 4". En el cual se instalaran interruptores (switches) combinables simples, con tapa de plástico, puente y tornillos, 25 Amp y tomacorrientes con tapa plástica, puente y tornillos, doble, dos (2) fase, 20 Amp.
- Metal boxes, output 3/4 in. , depth 1 1/2 in. , octagonal 4 in. (10.2 cm) will be available for the installation of luminaires. Se propone la reparación y limpieza de barandas y puertas de corrales, la aplicación de pintura de esmalte en puertas metálicas.

- Para la estructura metálica se propone pintura de fondo anticorrosivo, incluye la preparación de la superficie mediante lijado y limpieza. Además se aplicara pintura de esmalte en estructuras metálicas como las vigas, correas y columnas del galpón.

Se pintara con pintura de caucho exterior e interior las paredes del galpón y se les aplicara fondo antialcalino.
Se propone la instalación de techo de lámina acerolit en un área de 1223 m2 la cual se contemplan las siguientes áreas: área de techo en galpones 1160 m2 y 63 m2 en área de baños.

- Se plantea la reparación y montaje de rejas de corral, acondicionamiento y preparación de la superficie a proteger con esmalte de puertas metálicas. Se propone la reparación de elementos de accesos a áreas del depósito y baños.
