In this post I would like to talk about the health !
It maybe a reminder as well for those who are not taking care of their health.
When we are young we do crazy things and we don't care that much. But when we got older we got sick and sometimes it's too late. Tgat's why we have to take care at any age !
My mother is very sick and I'm doing my best to be arround and to help her. I hope she got better soon.
Looking at her and at all those who are sick or disabled, we have to be thankful for what we have and take care about that.
Our time is limited after all and not everything can be healed. That's why we should choose the healthy style of life.
That's why I decided to not drink alchohol or to smoke again. I will try to do everything to be fit.
