Third edition, new technologies and general crime Dcity update

I am the type of person who doesn't get into anything which is hyping for a moment. My friends told me plenty of time I don't love money. I mean getting into everything will prove that I love money? Everyone in this world including me loves money. We all are here struggling for money right? Yea it is also true that I never used my online money in my real life. I just earn and invest this cycle continues. I joined dcity not only for money but it got my little interest.

  • First point that I liked about it you don't have to sit and play like we do for splinterlands.

  • Second Point I liked about it you can earn passive income(Yea Sim I generate in my city is my passive income I can sell them anytime on Hive-engine but I don't do this because I earn and believes in reinvest in order to double my earnings.)

  • Third pint which should be the first point :P XD Dcity is a game that is based on mathematical and trading.

Trading is something I am very weak at but I do know some maths this why I have maintained my city in perfect order. I don't log in daily whenever I want to post about my city I log in and check what's happening there. Before I used to log in every two days. The reason I wanted to buy some random second edition cards with the income I generated in two days. Now I am accumulating Sim for third edition cards so I never felt like checking my city on the daily basis. As I mentioned Dcity is a mathematical and trading game that has non-fungible tokens. And these token you can find on Hive-engine.

Recently, Dcity has added new technologies.

New technologies in Dcity

  • Economy
  • Health

Also, they changed the crime rate as well. Before it was very easy to control the crime rate. They have added Basic crime rate. And I just noticed it my city

General crime will be 5% of our all income. It will decrease for a small city and if you have a bigger city then congrats in advance :P XD you are going to suffer big time. I don't even know if my city is small medium or big. I am sure it is not big but it is not small either. So let's say My city in between :P And if by mistake your city has 10 or more than 10 building then the general crime rate would be 20% Oh noooooooooooooooooooooossssssssss.

In the Third edition cards, I like the two-cards Police Lab and the university campus. I have enough sim so I guess i would be able to buy enough third edition cards. The third edition has a lot of new cards technologies and many more things. I assume it will bring some interest in this game. Let's hope for the best.

Previously only few buildings could be robbed like bank shopping mall or casino, people were avoiding crime by just not having it. Now there is always 20% chance for General crime(-5% income) and 80% for any of those buildings to get robbed.

This way there is always chance for crime to happen, you can't avoid it by not having banks/shopping malls/casino. Generally this 5% hit your city more than other crime if you have more than 1500 SIM income daily, then 5% of income is higher than Shopping Mall robbery(75 SIM)

So what would be the solution to general crime? How can we overcome especially if you have a small city?

Can't wait for the 3rd edition it's going to bring A LOT of new aspects to the game. Burning cards and just increasing value overall.
