This is A Privacy Analysis of Popular Apps: Uber Eats is The 3rd Biggest Offender

I came to find this very very very important analysis created by pCloud which offer secure cloud storage solutions. I didn't know about them before they published this analysis. They come across like a competitor to MEGA. This was a great piece of content marketing and I find the information to be extremely valuable when making my future decisions.

pCloud already has over 14 million users. You can get 10GB storage for free at https://www.pcloud.com Do not store any of your sensitive content on Google Drive. There is not a single thing that is keeping them from reading your files to find some metadata that can be used for things such as advertising. From the look of how things are going on in USSA, I won't be surprised if what you store on cloud starts getting monitored.

Don't get the wrong idea as Google employees reading through your files. that would hardly ever happen. They would let AI and "Pre-Crime" analytics take care of the job for the most part.

Apps Sharing Your Data With 3rd Parties

This is the worst kind of data collection. Your data can be collected and shared across so many entities and behind the scenes things are very complicated with so many different legal entities in the middle. Your data is not safe and I don't think any attempt to even delete the data after it has been shared with 3rd parties will be much of a use.

Apss Collecting Data For Their Own Benefit

Some of these data collection may led to a better user experience. Therefor they can be considered less worse. They are still something to be careful about. Since the data is contained within the company, deleting them could actually be useful (as long as the company or government agency doesn't keep a copy).

Overall Data Tracking

Instagram and Facebook takes the cake. What got me alarmed is how much Uber Eats is into collecting all this data. The company has had a tough time making any profit. They may be doing their best to make some buck out of spying on your data.

The Privacy Friendly Apps

Hope is not all lost/ We have some good honest apps that does care and respect you. Take a very good look at them. They have done something very good. pCloud has done a great service and it would be great if you can share around all this information.

The Nightmare of Instagram Privacy

Go though the video and do your own research to verify the claims. If you have the app installed on your phone, prepare to get screwed really bad.
