Yeah, Attention matters !!!!

Do you pay attention to small things in life? There are many of us who struggle to pay attention when it matters. Yeah, it's true that the ability to pay attention varies from person to person.

We can improve it through some intentional efforts. But before that, we need to know first why it's necessary.

For me, attention matters because our happiness comes from little things in life. Like a smile from a stranger or a wildflower. If we fail to be mindful to observe this simple thing in life we may also fail to gain & embrace the beauty of life too.

When our brain tries to distract, it's really very hard to get it back to pay attention. And if it's about paying attention to the little details then it's harder. But researchers help us by providing many tips and simple ways to bring back our attention. Let's see what those are!

~ Organize your mind and surrounding. Our mind comes out with random things, also our surroundings distract us. So, it's better to well manage both of them to get better results.

~ Don't multitask if you are bad at paying attention. It will make the matter worse.

~ Schedule your work and well manage your working place.

~ Focus what others are talking and doing rather think something in mind.

~ Make lists of what you need to know from your surroundings.

And most importantly, practice mindfulness, be present at the moment and trackback your mind to the current situation. You know, we can make others feel good by noticing little things. Like a new dress of our partner or the coffee mug of your co-worker.

So, not only it helps to make us happy but others too. So, attention really matters and that's why we need to pay attention more!
