|| Positive psychology and Happiness! ||

There's no need to explain the connection between optimism and happiness. It's understandable how it may work. But the thing is We often struggle to find the reason what makes us unhappy and how to develop positive psychology. You know what, positive thinking is something that will not grow overnight. If you are not optimistic, it will not grow automatically in yourself. You have to put intentional efforts on a regular basis to develop it.

We have to work on our positive thinking process, personality development, and many other things and then it will impact on our psychology. Let's see what can help us!

The best way to improve positive psychology is by developing some habits and activities which can build a positive personality. Like how you respond to anger or anxiety, what you do during your sadness or stressful day. We have to work on these and build some positive habits like taking control of our emotions during this bad time. Gradually it will make us a positive person.

Another thing is, practicing gratitude, thankfulness, optimism, and this type of positive psychology. While practicing these you will find yourself that you are dealing with situations positively and differently. This will gradually impact your thinking process too.

But more importantly, I would say as positive psychology mostly depends on how you respond to our stressful time so we should take care of our Stress Management first. Because these 'stress' will decide whether we are a positive or negative person, what will be our personality and respond process and almost everything!

There are actually many more things related to this positive psychology. But I think that if we start to work on from the very basic, we will gradually adopt positive psychology and thus it will impact on our level of happiness.
