Looks like you need to work some things out with mack-bot and possibly steemcleaners.

They can usually catch up with new accounts, and connect it with your old account. You need to find out what the problem is and from your end do not make the same mistakes. They usually will not stop just because you ask them to. You need to communicate with them and find out what the problem is.
