Splinterlands - Game to Get in Now on??? Cards on Sale!!!

When I started playing Splinterlands I had already invested in a couple of packs of alpha cards. Trouble for me was I ignored the game for over a year after unpacking the cards and return late 2019 to start playing the game. From that point I remember a lot of alpha summoners were more than $2 / bcx. I had a choice to either go beta or alpha and I went with alpha. The benefits seem to out weight going with beta on the basis there were less alpha cards and bonus DEC for using alpha cards to win battles. However looking back I would have to say if I can do a redo I would probably focus on playing the game right at the forefront so that I would have better chance of owning more alpha cards.

I am happy with what I have collected over the time I been playing, but know I would have a better rate of return if the buy in cost is lower. Currently there are some large owners of Splinterlands who have thousands of cards on sale in the market. With such a high supply they are forcing the cost of the cards to be lower. So now is a very good time for new players or small players who want to invest in the game to be purchasing cards.

Why is it a good time to buy?

Although alpha versions are not as plentiful in the current market, there is still beta and untamed cards that are flooded in the market. I have not seen this many cards at the current prices they are at. Furthermore current players who have earned rewards to try to purchase the cheaper card prices now is a challenge. A challenge because the rewards have been also devalued. So players who put in dollar or alt-coin that is not currently associated with the game will have more buying power now than a few weeks to even a few months ago.

Current players are aware that summoners are very important to excel in the game. To have max level summoners would require a lot of capital to purchase. However there are Untamed summoners and Beta summoners that are maxed level being sold under $50 / card. Some even as low as $30!

There are beta max level cards also at insane prices with respect to their levels just a few months ago. If there were any time to start buying it would be now. Cards like the ones shown below can each be bought mid teens each.
