YOU WANT TO GO FAR || GO TOGETHER

Good day Friends, I have decided to write this today. In order to go far in life, there is need to move together, this means there is need for team work. We all need one or more persons to move with to support and give ideas and implement together. No matter how brilliant or good a person is, it's not possible to work alone and push the business or an organization forward.

In an establishment, where the owner feels he can do the work all by himself, then he is working towards failure, there is always need for team work from the administrative staff, account, audit, works and services and so on. Without the cooperation of these people , the establishment can run into failure.its very important to note that in life, working together as one makes work easier and faster, what a single person will achieve in months, with the team work, it can be achieved in weeks and also more productivity.

A farmer who decides to work alone on his farm may likely kill himself because all these requires team work. Only one person cannot do the clearing, stumping, making ridges, planting, weeding, harvesting and marketing. Working together with group of people to achieve this will definitely make the work easier and faster.

Even in the family, working together and supporting each other makes one to move further and be more successful. It is not easy for one partner to keep struggling alone and trying to fix things but when they work hand in hand, it makes them to achieve a lot of things over time. In case one of the partners decides to make things work all by himself, it may take him or her years before good results comes out.

There are some people who have a store, they believe they can handle the store all my themselves, if they have 5 customers at the same time, how will it be possible to attend to all of them at best possible time. We all need more hands to support and move our businesses forward.

My dad, when he was alive always advice is to work together as one family to achieve in life and move to a greater height. Only one person cannot do it alone. Everyone must contribute his own quarter to make things work. Recognizing individuals roles and executing it properly will make for a better result.
