My Art Collection! - A Museum

My collection is not big, but it's mine.

The art is not made by me but it's precious.

The collection may not be very valuable, but I don't care, I love it.

The FavArt 2021 – NFT Showroom virtual exhibition does not have all the art that I've collected as Artsteps doesn't support gif images so I've left all moving art (mp4) out too to keep the exhibition a little more homogeneous as it only has still images. And my collection overall is also limited because I haven't had the chance to collect everything I would like to buy from all the artists in NFT Showroom whose work I adore because their work is out of my price range or I've just been too slow in my moves.

But as I said, this is my collection, art from other artists and I'm very proud of it and I've also managed to increase it.

favartsteps3.jpg

New art from five artists:
@aemile-kh
@castleberry
@elenasteem
@mikiad.visuals
@mustachepod

And here's the artists I've already added to the exhibition:
@borjan, @despero-narciso, @elgeko, @gooze, @hairofmedusa, @jrej, @julesquirin, @kristyglas, @mikiad.visuals, @pilotgfx, @richardfyates, @silver.art.

I dare mention you again since the previous mention was so long ago. In the future I will only mention new artists when I buy art and add it to the exhibition.

The rewards earned on this comment...

Oh you posh token. :) You're so lovable and posh. I like you! :) First I have to say that you are cool but I also have to say, as I always read that small font there and it always sounds so posh, but same (of course), so would you consider speaking... I mean writing in a different way? With an accent or when the April fools day comes, the text would say that the person sharing the post looses all their posh token or something else "funny".

Or what would a depressed posh token sound like? "You might have earned some rewards, I don't know, unable to verify it because the life of a posh token is so monotonic and dull so can't be bothered to find out. No-one ever asks me how I'm doing or ask me out to play with them. It's all work work work. All the time." I mean, you must have read/seen Hitchhikers guide and that depressed robot.

Or perhaps a hyperactive posh token! How would that sound like?

You could invent 50 different ways to say that sentence you have there and someone could code a randomizer that would add one of the lines so that the message is the same but the way you say it would be different. Wouldn't that be fun!? I mean, is there something more important coders have to do than code this great idea of mine? Can't think of any so I think not.

Besides, all my ideas are awesome and worth carrying out. Ain't that righ @acidyo?

P.S.
Posh token, how are you?

I noticed it was up in there. I didn't want to toot my own horn and mention it though! Thanks for collecting that piece! It's much appreciated and it seems to fit in really well. Cheers! =)

Wow! This looks pretty sweet! How does it feel to not just be an art collector, but also have your own gallery? ;<)

P.S. I can't help but feel that some Hypersensitivosaurus dino art might look cute in there ;<)

It feels awesome to have my own gallery. Or actually three galleries!

Your art has been most of the time out of my price range but I'll check out your art from time to time and I'm sure there will be a piece at some point I like more than the others and which I can also afford. :)

I get that it feels awesome :<)

No worries about not having bought my art. I should probably make some pieces cheaper, but I still struggle with actually selling myself / my work and pricing it.

Hopefully, one day soonish, I will find a way that works for me and perhaps then, sales might actually take off.

Or I might actually start gifting my art instead ;<)

I've been gifting and selling. Sometimes pricing my art higher, sometimes lower and also somewhere in the middle. I also struggle with pricing my art so usually I just decide some amount that I don't yet have and that's it. I try to vary the prices a lot and also think how precious the art is for me or how many hours (of hair pulling and excruciating pain) have I spent with it and then perhaps add a random number and that's it.

not too many paintings means that it is low galleries.

I wish I could monetize my puns.

😁😁😁
.

.
I didn't get it.

Perhaps it's because it's late and I'm fini ...sh ...ed... a tired Finn who should go to sleep. Or because I lack something in my brain. A get it cell. My pun brains cell is on a vacation.

But about monetizing your puns, PAL has NFT's and that's not meant for art. Or there could be art minted too but mostly something else than art as NFT Showroom already exists so it's for memes and why not puns too.

So go and mint few puns over there: https://www.palnet.io/nfts I will definitely buy your puns. If it's not out of my price range.

It's awesome how you managed to exhibit these artworks in 3D gallery. It looks so damn cool and authentic. Insane work by @insaneworks, indeed. 👏

Thanks!

Although the artists did most of the work I did not just put the art on the walls, the places are thought thorough. I tried to place them so that there is a certain theme with different groups, even a small one, so that the art isn't just randomly placed. :)
