Polygon Matic got listed on Kraken Exchange, for most countries but not available for some countries. The new listing this month has made Matic available for USA, Canada, and Australia residents even though it is still not available for Japanese residents.

To remind us, Polygon(Matic) is an Ethereum Layer 2 scaling network aimed at improving the speed of transactions, reduce cost and complexity on its network. Every network got its own utility token and Matic is Polygon's, this token is for securing the chain by participating in the network governance, by staking, and also used to settle the cost of transactions which is the "Transaction Fee".

Matic will be available on Kraken with the following trading pairs, this means you can trade Matic to the following currency;

  Users can deposit Matic by navigating to the funding page, select which asset by searching then click deposit next to the asset you picked then follow the on-screen instructions to finish your Matic deposit. Confirmation for matic deposit before showing on Kraken is 20 which takes about 5 Minutes., the minimum amount of matic to trade is 20.
