I just finished a 9.338km running that lasted about 0hh:57mm:14ss !

1st Trail Run of the new season.
Long time has passed since I went last for running in the mountains.
Today I woke up earlier and I have enjoyed of the nature and from an amazing fresh weather, temperature was around 13 degrees which is delicious for the practice of this sport.
Also, the light of the new sun early in the morning provides with magnificent scenarios while following the path.

I haven't run so long neither so high, actually I have accumulated just 300 m of height during the session but I felt really well... It is like being in a sort of symbiose with the nature, forest and animals...

While running I was thinking to myself why it took me so long to be back at the mountains... obviously, the restrictions about mobility in my city due to the stupid virus is the main reason.
I will come back.
Keep on running!

You have uploaded 190 running activities, and 65 of them have been of similar distances (within 10 percent)!
Here are your 5-fastest running activities of a similar distance:

Over these 65 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 606.59 kms at an average pace of roughly 5:11 min/km!
Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 6.129min/km!
Looks like you went a bit slower this time! Remember that it's important to take some rest days, and do some rehab / prehab / strength and conditioning training too! If you weren't intending to go slower, take a moment to listen to your body, and see if you need something. Check in with yourself!
