Escaping from the crowd

I just finished a 11.026km running that lasted about 0hh:48mm:18ss !

Today is Friday!!!
Not only that, today is the day on which the Spanish government has announced to us the relaxation of our confinement one more degree!
And that, my friends, you can feel it everywhere...
I left home at the "Runner's time", as always, at 8:00 PM, and the street was abuzz with people walking, drinking beers, chatting in group...
We, the poor runners of all times, have had horrors to carry out our training today...
I managed to take this pic of the street while running, sorry for the quality but you can understand that it is not so easy when you are moving:

I have had no choice but to go 6 km beyond the city center to find a space with no people around... sad, I know, but also liberating, believe me.

In total it has been just over 11 km of obstacle course, run in progress and at a good pace.

I have even managed to do a couple of kilometers slightly below 4'/km and, all this, without going over my anaerobic threshold, which is not bad since it indicates that I am on the right track towards recovering my usual pre-COVID performance.

An excellent run indeed.

Keep on running!

Looks like you went a bit faster than usual this time! Nice work!
