Last Run for the Month- May be - June 29

I just finished a 4.132km running that lasted about 0hh:21mm:19ss !

Weekdays start today. Mondays are always a fresh start. It reminds of those days when we used to go back to office renewed and refreshed. Or could be the day when we were too exhausted. Well, the word "exhaust" is somewhat revised :p

A first run for this week and could be the last one for the month of June. Let's see if I will have desire and energy to go out tomorrow.

It was a humid day. Completed a run but drenched in sweat afterwards. I do not like to run in the noon but that's when I can manage my time. I ran the usual pace. I know I need to gradually increase the distance of my runs if I am serious about my 10K in July/August.

Cold shower and we are done. Sometimes, I wonder if anybody reads these posts or I am keeping my journal. If you are actually reading, thanks for stopping by and reading these posts.
