Morning Run-Very Humid- Exhaust Report June 20
This was the day to run my weekly 5K. I would normally run two shorter runs on the weekdays and a 5K run. As i mentioned in my one of the previous posts, I ran an extra short run this week. I was doubting yesterday if I would be able to pull this run today.
But, I managed to get ready this morning. Had I known it was this humid, I would have run early in the morning. I started at around 9 am. It was tough to run in the city when morning sun falls on your face. I started with a good pace. I don't know if I actually maintained my stamina or I am being overenthusiastic, the pace was under 5min/km.
The last lap was so tiring, I could not maintain the sub 5 minute pace. In the end I managed to clock 5.01 min/km, which is very good by my standard. Another weekend and another 5K run.
Looking forward to another eventful and nice weekend. Much to do today with the family.

You have uploaded 7 running activities, and 2 of them have been of similar distances (within 10 percent)!
Here are your 5-fastest running activities of a similar distance:
Over these 2 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 10.64 kms at an average pace of roughly 4:59 min/km!
Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 5.012min/km!
Looks like you went a bit slower this time! Remember that it's important to take some rest days, and do some rehab / prehab / strength and conditioning training too! If you weren't intending to go slower, take a moment to listen to your body, and see if you need something. Check in with yourself!

So glad i stumbled on your post and commented. Thanks for your encouragement. One dollar post 😀
We reached the goal, right?
Too soon, isn't it?
We did.I don't mind it happened sooner tbh.The goal is to sustain this.
Let's sustain it. I have an idea. Maybe I will write about this? (Sorry for the off-topic). Just a simple experiment where we continue to reach $1.
I was thinking to write a post how you helped me to reach this goal.😀
Oh yes. Please do. It is a great idea. Once you do, I do next. 😀
