MAX 30: Max Out Strength

I just finished a strength training activity that lasted about 0hh:30mm:39.0ss !

Hi guys, I just completed 30 minutes of HIIT called Max Out Strength at home. I followed the workout video by celebrity trainer Shaun T. entitled "Insanity Max 30". This is the type of workout I do when I am not running.

This type of workout not only build muscle strength for my running but also for my Judo as well. Tomorrow I will do a different a workout again most probably cardio or stretching. Cheers!!!
