Yoga or strength?

I just finished a strength training activity that lasted about 1hh:0mm:0ss !
Today I started the day with a strength workout. Yoga helps me to organize my thoughts, to relax, to stretch the body. But now I feel that I need more strength exercises in my life. I want to get a healthy and fit body! What do you prefer? Strength workout or yoga?
