Wednesday... Tough day...

I just finished a yoga activity that lasted about 1hh:0mm:0ss !
The thing I hate most is when something goes wrong and not according to the plan. Today I had a lot of meetings and stuff to do. But one of the morning meetings took much more time than we expected and planned. Consequently, it caused the delay in all other meetings and work. Well...yes, I hate it and it makes me stressed on. But! I force myself to calm down and think about the solution... And usually I am trying to find a way to reduce the time of other meetings, of course, without any negative impact on it. And fortunately, it usually works...

It is essential to keep yourself balanced with your inner...soul (?) or inner YOU! And yoga really works! I am telling you as someone who started yoga just a few months ago :)
