RE: State of Exhaustion - October 08, 2020

Hi everyone -- there are some issues ongoing w/ some of the backend stuff at EXHAUST. Doesn't seem to be related to any kind of hard-fork stuff, but it's breaking the auto-vote script.

If any of your activities don't receive a vote automagically after 5 minutes, I'll eventually come around and manually vote (until I figure out what broke and why).
