25th Ratitovec mountain run
Sunday, June 6th, 2021. Železniki, SLovenia. Time for a run, officially.
Well, it's more a fast hike than a run for me since the task is to get up to the top of Mount Ratitovec. Around 1200 meters of climb on 10 kilometers of roads and trails.
The event was valid for mountain trail uphill national championships. I entered as a member of Domžale track and field club since the race was closed for regular people.
To make it short - 10 kilometers of hike and the occasional run in the lower part with 1197 meters of climb in 1:42. Satisfied since it wasn't as hard as I thought it will be.
Fast runners lined on the start line. I wasn't in a hurry.

The top of the hill was covered with clouds. Good since it wasn't too hot.
