third cold & short run

avatar

These days the priorities are such that, after work and family, the run comes third. Or better said, it's on the last thing in the evening.

This evening, I was running late, literally. Luckily, at minus one degree it felt warmer than yestereve.
The run was at a steady pace on a dry asphalt surface covered with sparkling icy droplets. It was fun.

I hope that in the next days I'll be able to run sooner and longer.

The run always finds a way to take center stage doesn't it? Lol

Yes, it does. Even when it looks like it's on the backstage :)

Thanks for the visit!

How are you dear friend @ ervin-lexmark good day The commitment you have with exercise is admirable, you have to have a lot of willpower to go out for a run after a whole day of work.
although I know how beneficial it is to unload the tensions of the day
I take this opportunity to wish you a splendid day

*When someone tells you that what you want to do is impossible, change the word in your head to hard. What you want to do is hard. Hard is doable – it just requires dedicated work and effort and you can make it happen.
