Hola que tal y bienvenidos a otro nuevo artículo esta vez mencionando algunos de mis bandas favoritas, cabe destacar que podemos compartir los mismos gustos y también juntos disfrutar de estos temas que contaran con varios próximos artículos ya que escribiré sobre varias bandas, y sin extenderme tanto comenzamos.

La verdad me resulto difícil tomar un tema de la gran banda de las Vegas liderada por Dan Reynolds Imagine Dragons ya que tengo muchos temas que me gustan además que también me sienta identificado con varios de sus temas pero Demons el tema del álbum Nigth Visions y Continued Silence, es con el que más me siento identificado ya que tanto el video musical como el tema son sencillamente increíbles.

The truth is that it was difficult for me to choose a song of the great band from Las Vegas led by Dan Reynolds Imagine Dragons since I have many songs that I like and I also feel identified with several of their songs but Demons, the song from the album Nigth Visions and Continued Silence, is the one that I feel most identified with since both the music video and the song are simply incredible.

El tema habla sobre la depresión en el podemos escuchar como narran sobre las situaciones que puede pasar cualquier ser humano pero aun así callamos para no preocupar a algún amigo o ser querido y como nuestra mente cada vez se tonar más oscura y es allí donde los demonios aparecen controlando tu mente, habla de proteger a los demás pero nadie se puede salvar de los demonios o bestias internas.

The theme talks about depression in which we can hear how they narrate about the situations that any human being can go through but even so we keep quiet so as not to worry a friend or loved one and how our mind gets darker and darker and that is where the demons appear controlling your mind, it talks about protecting others but no one can be saved from the demons or internal beasts.

El coro de la canción dice: “Cuando sientas mi calor, mira dentro de mis ojos es donde se esconden mis demonios”, “No te acerques demasiado, está oscuro adentro, es donde se esconden mis demonios”. Varias personas mencionan que “los ojos son las ventanas del alma” y que con mirar directamente una persona a los ojos podemos ver su estado de ánimo e incluso el tipo de persona que es, pienso que es allí donde el coro te indica que si miras directamente a su ojos veras que la está pasando mal y que los demonios de su cabeza lo están consumiendo.

The chorus of the song says: "When you feel my warmth, look inside my eyes is where my demons hide", "Don't get too close, it's dark inside, that's where my demons hide". Several people mention that "the eyes are the windows to the soul" and that by looking directly into a person's eyes we can see their state of mind and even the type of person they are, I think that is where the chorus tells you that if you look directly into their eyes you will see that they are having a bad time and that the demons in their head are consuming them.

Claramente la canción indica también que esto le puede suceder hasta artistas, deportistas y músicos debido a que luego del coro toca el tema del telón y cuando las luces se apagan al terminar todo, nadie se puede salvar de la depresión.

Clearly the song also indicates that this can happen even to artists, sportsmen and musicians because after the chorus plays the curtain call and when the lights go out at the end of it all, no one can be saved from depression.

Casi llegando al final del tema escuchamos existe alguien con los ojos lleno de luz que brillan muy fuerte y indicando:"ahora no puedo escapar de esto salvo que me muestres como”. Dando un conclusión de desahogo con otra persona que al principio del tema se mostraba cohibida en demostrar lo que está pasando advirtiendo que tengan cuidado y se alejara de los demonios pero al final pide ayuda ya que los ojos de la otra persona son tan brillantes que quiere saber cómo puede escapar de esa oscuridad.

Nearing the end of the song we hear someone with eyes full of light shining brightly and indicating: "now I can't escape this unless you show me how". Giving a conclusion of venting with another person who at the beginning of the theme was self-conscious in showing what is happening warning to be careful and to stay away from the demons but at the end asks for help since the eyes of the other person are so bright that he wants to know how he can escape from this darkness.

El líder de la banda Dan Reynolds índico a través de una entrevista que le fue diagnosticado con depresión y ansiedad e incluso en un concierto dio un discurso sobre ello el cual me gustaría que vieras a continuación estará subtitulada al español.

The band's leader Dan Reynolds indicated through an interview that he was diagnosed with depression and anxiety and even in a concert he gave a speech about it which I would like you to see below will be subtitled in Spanish.

Otro dato curioso es que el tema Demons estuvo 61 semanas en el Hot 100 del Billboard de Estados Unidos y fue de hecho la banda en colocar durante 60 semanas dos singles a la par en Billboard el otro tema seria ”Radioactive”.

Al finalizar el video oficial se aprecia un pequeño homenaje a Tyler Robinson joven fanático de la banda el cual a la edad de 17 años no supero su batalla contra el cancer, el mensaje final de la banda es incentivar a su publico a donar a la fundación que lleva el mismo nombre del joven Tyler Robinson.

At the end of the official video there is a small tribute to Tyler Robinson, a young fan of the band who at the age of 17 did not overcome his battle with cancer, the final message of the band is to encourage the public to donate to the foundation that bears the same name of the young Tyler Robinson.

El tema fue lanzado el 14 de febrero del 2012 dentro del disco de corta duración Cotinued Silence. Y ya casi llegado al final de este articulo te dejo el video oficial espero que te guste tanto como a mí.

Como ya mencione el tema toca lo que es la depresión y ansiedad, el por qué me siento identificado creo que nos pasa a cualquiera un momento de depresión de hecho gracias a la depresión podemos ser personas más fuertes y para mí son lecciones que te da la vida. Como sabrán vivo en Venezuela un país muy golpeado por el gobierno y por la hiperinflación aquí es como un juego de supervivencia en el cual cada día es un nuevo nivel a superar, la inseguridad, la falta de servicios como la luz y el agua potable son el pan nuestro de cada día.

As I mentioned the topic touches what is depression and anxiety, why I feel identified I think it happens to anyone a moment of depression in fact thanks to depression we can be stronger people and for me are lessons that life gives you. As you may know I live in Venezuela, a country that has been hit hard by the government and hyperinflation, here it is like a survival game in which every day is a new level to overcome, insecurity, lack of services such as electricity and drinking water are our daily bread.

Es difícil a veces ya que el sueldo mínimo casi un dólar o tal vez menos y aunque hay empresas que te pagan hasta cien dólares mensuales es difícil poder laborar en ellas, a veces te puede faltar el alimento o si te enfermas las medicinas son muy costosas por eso muchos optan por salir del país pero no todo es como lo pintan color rosa.

It is difficult at times because the minimum wage is almost a dollar or maybe less and although there are companies that pay you up to a hundred dollars a month it is difficult to work in them, sometimes you may lack food or if you get sick the medicines are very expensive so many choose to leave the country but not everything is as rosy as they paint it.

No con esto te quiero dar lastima creo que es difícil no sufrir de depresión o decaer si te encuentras en una situación similar y es que no solo Venezuela lo padece si no toda latino américa. De mi parte los ojos que irradian luz y que me dan fuerza los de mis hijos, ellos son los que todos los días alumbran la oscuridad que hay dentro de mí por eso me siento tan identificado con este tema musical.

I don't mean to pity you with this, I think it is difficult not to suffer from depression or decay if you find yourself in a similar situation, and it is not only Venezuela that suffers from it, but all of Latin America. For my part, the eyes that radiate light and give me strength are those of my children, they are the ones that every day light up the darkness that is inside me, that is why I feel so identified with this musical theme.
