The need to know just how to deal with it can't be overemphasized.

Don't worry yourself, because I'm here to share with you guys, some tips which will help students across the world, deal with Exam Stress adequately. In this article I will telling you guys one useful tip on how to deal with exam stress. Do well to enjoy the read🙂.

Dark Chocolate

You saw right, hahahaha, Dark Chocolate do help us to deal with exam stress by reducing our stress levels. I didn't know this by the way. Upon doing my research on what are the best ways to tackle exam stress, I got to see it and I was blown away by the effects it has to our body and our brain. I do see ladies eating Dark Chocolates whenever they are tensed in movie. I never gave it a deep meaning. But now I do. In movie called "Down With Love", an old classic American love movie. The main cast, a lady, she uses Dark Chocolate to calm her nerves down whenever she has the urge of having sex or whenever she is pressured. I thought it was female stuffs. Like whenever a female gets a heart break, they reach for a big bowl of ice cream to help them feel better. Woah!!! I guess I will do some research on Ice Creams too, hahahaha.

Dark chocolate has so many benefits for both male and female, but for this article, I will be telling you guys just how it can reduce your stress levels, which will help eliminate exam stress. Research studies have shown that cholocate contains polyphenols and flavonoids. Flavonoids and Polyphenols are antioxidants which helps to improve blood flow to our brain, hence, reducing our stress level. Researchers said that by eating Dark Chocolate daily on a recommended consumption rate, our cortisol levels will decrease significantly and as we know, our cortisol hormones are also known as our stress hormones. So, when you are feeling all stressed up as exams is approaching, ensure you add Dark Chocolate into your daily diet, in order to eliminate exam stress.
