Anger Management is a necessity

Anger is an emotion familiar to all of us. We get angry when confronted with abusive coworkers, a spouse's stubbornness, or a child's disobedience.

This reaction is quite natural. You cannot prevent yourself from feeling angry. However, it can be channeled into a productive path. The next time someone makes you angry, try the following.
Pause and cool down. Resist the urge to be impulsive. If you break out and tell others what you think of them, you will feel temporary relief, but later, you will regret what you did.

The opposite choice - suppressing your anger - is also dangerous, as this feeling will grow and corrupt you. Unspoken resentment can lead to more misunderstandings and ultimately ruin the relationship. Fortunately, there is a third option - to turn anger into a belief and act in accordance with this principle.
Become aware of what made you angry. This is usually something that you consider unfair or unfounded. Be clear about what important principles have been violated. Find the best way to defend them.
Remember, someone who calmly and with dignity defends their beliefs is far more likely to be heard than someone who succumbs to uncontrollable rage.

I so much enjoy reading this post. Short and well detailed. Anger is a popular emotion and can ruin relationship, even it can damage reputation, and managing it will give the chance to maintain a solid reputation, and earn respect from people around us. Though managing anger is not an easy thing, but it is definitely something we can master. Thanks for sharing with us

I agree with you friend, the anger, rage or fury are very strong emotions that we can have from any area either work or home, is very bad counselor destroys our soul and poisons, we can hurt people without measuring consequences just letting us go by a feeling liar and deceiver, can cause us to death, Greetings friend thanks for your great post
