Let us evaluate the causes of fear of life and how we can deal with them

Fear is a feeling under which we suppress many of our impulses that are vital for the day-to-day performance in our lives, but we cannot reproach ourselves for the existence of fear in ourselves, because even a considerable dose of fear as a regulating entity to our most daring actions can save us from a bad decision and a future bad performance.

Now as I said before, that is only a small dose of fear, before the feelings it is very advisable to find a balance, since it is not good to feel so sure of things all the time, nor is it good to feel fear of what we are about to do.

When fear already leads us to have some attitudes that are very calm in our actions, then it is most likely that this will contribute negatively to the fact that we will have to miss good opportunities in life. We could say then that when we begin to lose opportunities it is because there is a high dose of fear in us that is not favoring us.

Perhaps many of us wonder why fear life?

The first thing I think is that we can be afraid of life because it is very common to face this feeling of fear at various stages of our lives, what really is not very common, is to feel that fear stops us to achieve our goals, in short the fear of life is something beyond being afraid to live, is that the real fear of life begins when we feel that everything is a stormy road to start enjoying life.

Our bad life experiences can lead us to fear of life itself, however we must generate a life perspective that helps us to overcome the fears resulting from such experiences. A clear example of this is to learn from bad experiences, sometimes the one who does not make mistakes does not learn or generate a satisfactory lesson as the one who has been able to take it based on past failures.

There is no magic formula or recipe to help us overcome fear, it is not necessary to overcome it, but to learn to live with fear and make the best of it.
