Why we Should care about our health and Body- Part 2

Hello and Namaste everyone

In one of my recent post I had talked about why it is important for us to take care of health and body and in this post, I'm going to talk further about this subject. There is a saying that only our body takes us to the graveyard so we should always take it seriously and maintain it in a way so that we live longer and also a better life that comes with better health.

Let's talk about the 4 important health benefits of exercise. We get 24 hours in a day find at least we can manage to have 30 to 45 minutes of time for exercise and this will help us to get these benefits. I understand some of us are quite busy and it's really difficult to get this much time but I'd like to mention that getting 30 minutes every day for ourselves is not a big deal. if we can't keep ourselves healthy then we will not be able to work longer.

Weight management

Overweight is one of the biggest problems and it also creates many other health issues. If we continue to do exercise daily what about half an hour to 45 minutes, then we can manage our weight in a way that it will not exceed. Activities like running brisk walk and play can help us a lot to manage our weight. our diet plan also plays an important role but at the same time activities are equally important because without one another is not that effective.

Lower risk of heart diseases

Relive stressful life because of the kind of work we are doing. Many of us work for extended hours and this takes away the time we can enjoy with our family and friends. Our lifestyle is not peaceful and we struggle with something almost every day. Doing fitness activities regular makes us strong with the mind that reduces the risk of heart-related problems.

Improve your mental health

A healthy mind stays in a Healthy body and this is applicable for all of us. So when we know about it then we should work to make our body healthy so we also get heathy from the innerside.

Thinking and learning skills

If we are healthy then our skills of thinking and learning remain sharp as we age. It is natural that we get affected in this area after a certain age but if we have a healthy body, mind, and strong immunity then these changes state quite late which is certainly needed for us.

Physical activity or exercise can improve your health and reduce the risk of developing several diseases like type 2 diabetes, cancer, and cardiovascular disease. Physical activity and exercise can have immediate and long-term health benefits. Most importantly, regular activity can improve your quality of life. A minimum of 30 minutes a day can allow you to enjoy these benefits.


I believe that no matter what we are doing but if you are not healthy enough then it's not worth putting more time and energy into it because later we are going to have a lot of issues that will not allow us to work longer. we all are going through a tough time because of the pandemic and we have realized the value of our health now so it's better to do now than never and late is OK of course since we are going to put our efforts into better health.

I agree with you, we must always find time to do the things that will bring us benefits, and when they are related to the aspect of our health.

Especially because of the saying that says "a healthy mind in a healthy body". And this makes us more efficient and productive people, and in my experience also more pleasant.

Health is wealth and as you said rightly that it's a very important for all of us to take care of health and do some physical activities every day. this time when pandemic is going on it becomes even more important for us to focus on health and make it more immune and strong.

Thank you for this. The only thing I struggle with is excercising because I believe I am skinny already so what's the point. Perhaps it's just laziness anyway, lol.

Very good advice.I agree with you. But society is changing and people are becoming more and more sensitive to this type of information. With fatphobia being put into the normal lingua, it is only a matter of time that people will call this information ate speech.

I also would like to add that diet is such a big part of healthy living. More important than exercise as recent studies have suggested. But I guess you must have included that in your formal post.
