We agree that a leader must have certain qualities: honesty, personal motivation, planning, good communication and many others. We all agree on this, but most people want or intend to have these characteristics, so in my opinion the achievement of objectives is what makes a leader stand out.

Once the debate arose in class, what is the objective of an organization? Most responded making money, earning as much as possible in the shortest time, and surely many will agree, but the professor who already had his doctorate approved, made the following reflection, what is the point of making money if your organization disappears? So he explained his reasons and concluded "the objective of an organization is to stay on time" it cannot be easier.

Professor @lanzjoseg for reasons unknown to me, became the leader of a whatsaap group, to which I belong since the time when steem cost 10 dollars, not only a group of whatsaap but also a group known as steemfamily, in which its members supported with comments, upvotes and information about the platform.

The interesting thing is, do you know how many steemit and whatsaap groups i belong to? I think that more than 5 if my memory does not fail me, but from those distant days a couple of years ago when steem cost $ 10, only one group still exists and it is obviously the steemfamily group.

I had left the platform I had no time to publish and the prices did not encourage me, but I enjoyed seeing how @lanzjoseg led a group with an admirable lordship, with a policy based on respect and inclusion. Occasionally I would comment on politics but if I did it 3 times in a year it was too much, finally the Hive thing happened and I was encouraged to come back and there was this group, bigger and stronger than ever.

I decided to go back to Hive because I like the challenge of getting upvote, it seems like a lot of fun and in my usual job of conducting online marketing surveys, a routine problem that usually lasts about 10 days had arisen. Time that I took the opportunity to go back to Hive and there was Mr. @lanzjoseg and his people with a captivating kindness. Now my usual work is back, but this time I will not leave out this great platform and this great group.

Estamos de acuerdo que un líder debe tener ciertas cualidades honestidad, motivación personal, planificación, buena comunicación y muchas otras. En esto todos estamos de acuerdo, pero la mayoría de personas quiere o pretende tener estas características así que en mi opinión el logro de los objetivos es lo que hace que un líder destaque.

Una vez en clase surgió el debate, ¿cuál es el objetivo de una organización? La mayoría respondió ganar dinero, ganar tanto como sea posible en el menor tiempo, y seguramente muchos estarán de acuerdo, pero el profesor que ya tenia su doctorado aprobado, nos hizo la siguiente reflexión, ¿de que sirve ganar dinero si tu organización desaparece? Así que expuso sus motivos y concluyo “el objetivo de una organización es mantenerse en el tiempo” mas sencillo no puede ser.

El profesor @lanzjoseg por motivos que desconozco llego a convertirse en el líder de un grupo de whatsaap al que pertenezco desde la era en que el steem costaba 10 dolares, no solo un grupo de whatsaap sino también un grupo conocido como steemfamily, en el cual sus integrantes se apoyaban con comentarios, upvotes e información sobre la plataforma.

Lo interesante es ¿saben en cuantos grupos de steemit y de whatsaap llegue a pertenecer? Creo que mas de 5 si mi memoria no me falla, pero de esos lejanos días hace ya un par de años en los que el steem costaba 10 dólares, solo un grupo sigue existiendo y es obviamente el de steemfamily.

Que un grupo siga existiendo, a pesar de que sus lideres fundadores abandonaran cuando los precios de la criptomoneda empezaron a caer, en todos los grupos en los que pertenecía termino en la disolución de dichas organizaciones, ¿que fue diferente en steemfamily ?

El profesor @lanzjoseg y su política de respeto, inclusión y apoyo fue lo que en tiempos en donde el steem no valía nada, mantuvo ese grupo a flote, su mayor fuerte es la constancia, seguir publicando a pesar de esos precios tan bajos es posible solo por amor a la plataforma, por creer en un proyecto que muchos habían abandonado un proyecto que se basa en las personas, en su creatividad, en su ingenio. Este hombre @lanzjoseg aposto por ello y siguió publicando y animando a la gente, yo a pesar de estar en el grupo de whatsaap durante meses apenas lo leía de vez en cuando.

Había abandonado la plataforma no tenia tiempo de publicar y los precios no me animaban, pero disfrutaba de ver como @lanzjoseg lideraba un grupo con un señorío admirable, con una política basada en el respeto y en la inclusión. De ves en cuando comentaba algo referente a política pero si lo hice 3 veces en un año fue demasiado, finalmente paso lo de Hive y me anime a volver y ahí estaba este grupo, más grande y más fuerte que nunca.

Decidí volver a Hive porque me gusta el reto de obtener upvote , me parece muy divertido y en mi trabajo habitual que consiste en realizar encuestas de mercadeo on-line, había surgido un problema de rutina que suele durar unos 10 días. Tiempo que aproveché para volver a Hive y allí estaban el señor @lanzjoseg y su gente con una amabilidad cautivadora. Ahora mi trabajo habitual volvió, pero esta vez no dejare de lado esta genial plataforma y este genial grupo.
