Having an online presence builds a personal brand and allows you to share your particular vision of the world. Show what you are an expert at, what you do better than others. Will be what makes the difference with other candidates.
2).- Highlight the soft and hard skills you have to offer as well as the creative part you want to show the world, and also think about how to make them look attractive on a screen.
Show your work, include links to campaigns in which you have participated, if you do not have the means or the knowledge to build this presence, you can take advantage of the time to take courses or workshops, there are even some free ones taught by Facebook, LinkedIn and Google.
Information about yourself should be organized, clear and with ideas expressed in the most attractive way.
Remember that in the end you are selling your services and you must make them stand out within the offer.
According to a study carried out among Human Resources directors from different industries, by post-2020 in addition to professional skills, candidates must be able to adapt to cultural and technological changes in the workplace.
Candidates for a space in the marketing and advertising universe must demonstrate customer focus, conflict resolution creativity, a strong personal brand, quick adaptation to change, and a digital mindset.
Developing a personal brand will be much more important to you and your post-2020 career.
