Thanks for a great article. I agree that culture is so important in any organisation. It is one of the primary things I look for when I hire people as it is so important that the interviewee wants to be apart of the same culture and I don't want to bring on new staff that will dilute the culture we have. We have achieved great results and our culture has been a huge contributory factor.
