Greetings friend, we all lead different lives both at home and at work, but we do the right thing at work, really value my efforts are the thing to think about, so much so that the organization should evaluate the lack of leadership, work performance, work stimulus, are things that also define the organization.


It is good to know that also in the work environment, work psychology is applied, since it deals with the study of psychological and behavioral processes of people in the context of a company. It shows us this discipline as characteristics of the behavior that people develop in one of the social areas, looking deeper shows us the most suitable way, so that improve performance and productivity as well as enhance personal development and quality of working life of employees at work, under a method where it joins in: know, describe, evaluate and diagnose different aspects of the organization, and also allows us to develop tasks of analysis and optimization of work performance, to strengthen the tasks of management and team building.


We must take into account the awareness of the importance of a positive work environment and to preserve the physical and mental well-being of the human teams, the greatest resource of any company and organization, with time they specialized in this area addressed to that part of the organization, in order to provide control and monitoring audit specialized in the implementation of occupational health programs and issuance of Healthy Company Certificates.


Applying the studies of labor psychology, they have allowed the growth of large companies from their organizational structure, to reach their organizational culture with the virtue of promoting good habits to preserve the physical and emotional health of employees, this favors the understanding of their internal business analysis, which is a reflection towards society.


All elements will be seen positively in the dynamics and direction of work, accompanied by incentives that motivate staff to perform in each job, aimed at contributing to employers to raise the performance of the workforce and achieve productivity goals.
