IF YOU ARE WRONG, ADMIT IT

(Chapter 3) PART 3

If I am wrong 20 times, I must acknowledge the full 20 times, not half.

Accept that you are wrong before just excusing yourself.

The approach given at this point by the author, it is certainly valid to accept that you are wrong before just excusing yourself. From my point of view, not admitting a mistake is a problem of stubbornness and that in everyday life is very common, people make mistakes and a lot is a constant; but how many accept it: few, very few.

The excuse.

Before accepting that you are wrong, much is used to the excuse of why something went wrong, because internally it is difficult for you to accept or you do not want to say that you are responsible, making the situation worse, being able to resolve it in a less complicated way than admitting the error.

When we deny.

I consider that there is stubbornness when we deny something because you want to look good to someone, and you maintain with explanation that it was not your fault. From another perspective, better results are seen when in the first instance the mistake is recognized because in this way there is more understanding and less anger; yes nothing easy starting from how complicated people are, especially in this very competitive and even aggressive world that makes many walk on the defensive or with a shield always protecting themselves.

Another task to put into practice, if I make a mistake 20 times, I must acknowledge the full 20 times, not half, because I need to begin to be honest with myself to be able to do it with others, thus achieving a life less

If I am wrong 20 times, I must acknowledge the full 20 times, not half.

Hello friend, a topic in which surely we all see ourselves reflected, it is not easy to assume our mistakes, I think for many it is the most difficult. I think it takes a lot of maturity to accept our mistakes both with ourselves and with others. We all make mistakes; it's not wrong to assume that.

Greetings friend Lanzarjoseg, very true your opinion about admitting our mistakes, sometimes people do not do it to look good with his boss, but nothing is hidden for long and sooner or later the truth will come out and the person will be a liar, losing the confidence of those around him.

See you later my friend, have a great week !

Greetings friend @lanzjoseg.

An extraordinary point that you share with us in this opportunity, it is very true what you express in many opportunities we are wrong and what we do is to excuse ourselves, that is to say, to deviate by the tangent, and we are very stubborn and proud not to recognize it, that is why contents like the one you share with us are very valuable since they make us reflect and realize that the best way is the sincerity as much with ourselves as with all the people around us.

As usual, it was a great pleasure to be able to read his inspiring article in the book of this great writer Dale Carnegie. Successes and blessings to your family..

This is true and i have not seen the people who admit their mistakes. And this is the reality of human nature. There no person who never done any mistake. Mistake is the necessary thing and we have to learn about it.
