HOW TO ENCOURAGE PEOPLE TO SUCCEED
(Chapter 4) PART 6
Praise is indeed a positive technique to stimulate people of any age. The point is how to do it, because if this is misunderstood it will be misapplied with unflattering results; then you have to pay close attention to what you are going to do or say when you are praising someone, I think there is a fine line in this subject where you can make a person great or confuse them.
We all want to hear favorable things about our abilities and what we do at some point, in fact, many are waiting for that push to move forward in life. In a personal way, I agree with giving each one the value they deserve, from the point of view of parents it is believed that to praise is to buy a gift to a child for a good grade, for tidying his room and being kind, at this point, it is believed that this is good, but you do not succeed in life by receiving material things but valuable words that recognize merits, qualities, work that motivate to grow.

I still insist we must be very careful not to confuse this topic of praise.

People change their course with just a few positive words because constantly pointing out their mistakes alone does not lead to anything, parents and bosses need to reflect a little on this term of praise. They help greatly to change greatly, only if they are well applied.

No doubt, my friend, praise can help a lot in motivating a person and pushing them to achieve great things, but it is a tool that must be used with a lot of wisdom.

Praise is a great ally when it comes to encouraging a person, regardless of the circumstance they are going through, because hearing positive words of our way of acting is extremely rewarding and encouraging. A requirement before starting with the praise, is first to empathize with the person, know their projects, clarify their purposes, because it is a way to know their strengths, and thus find the key to encourage these people to conquer success. Thank you for this fresh reading.
When we do a good job, alago helps us feel that our effort is recognized, but if alago comes from people we do not respect, it becomes counterproductive. especially when you are a parent and you have to know when to praise and when not so that the children grow up emotionally strong
let me give you real life example and that are kids. The very simple method to encourage them in study is praise. And this works 99% because everyone love praise (not only kids) and that is the thing that give inspiration to do more better in future.
Hello friend, you are right, it is important to receive good criticism about our abilities, obviously it should not be indispensable because regardless of whether we are recognized or not, we should do and be what we want, we should not always seek the acceptance of more, we should believe more in ourselves.
