Happiness is spiritual, it is attitudinal, it does not depend on actions or material facts. You can be happy in an illness and unhappy in a success, it all depends on how the person feels this. We are all happy but we forget to be happy and we put obstacles in front of this that do not allow us to enjoy moments connected with our inner energy. To find happiness you just have to find that key that connects you with it. @tipu curate 2

Thank you for stopping by. All you have said about happiness is so true. I totally agree with it being attitudinal and spiritual. However men and their needs are insatiable and so can't get satisfied and that's why it looks as if happiness is an illusion.
