Many people get the right information. We live in the era of information, the internet provides us with lots of information. The issue now is how many people really go out there and apply this knowledge. And use the information they get. Very few I must tell you. Most people just keep consuming information and get saturated with ideas and even get confused at some point.

The truth has always been that information or knowledge is absolutely useless without application. It's actually good for nothing. And will most likely die with the person consuming these information and doing nothing with it. The difference between people is what they've learned and apply, otherwise, we're all almost the same. But we improve ourselves based on how we apply what we've learned either formally or informally.

To become successful, you have to be quick to get into application once you've gathered enough information. Don't be like those people who just keep on gathering information in a never ending manner. The fact is that you'll never get all the information you need, because it might be impossible to read all the books, listen to all the audio tapes and watch all the videos on that topic you're hoping to get into.

When you feel that you've learned enough or gathered some good level of information, you have to go into application. So much more will be learned from actual experience. You can read all day about how to swim, but if you don't get into the water, you'll never really learn how to swim in practice. And surprisingly, when you dive into application, that's when you start to understand the way things really work.

And you'll find out that you can spend decades reading and gathering information on some business or topic of interest and you haven't learned nothing, until the day you go into practice or application. They're worlds apart. And that's why employers like employing the services of someone who has had practical experience in that field, over someone who has just been reading and gathering information about that subject.

So you must take action as quickly as possible. You'll learn a lot from actual practice. If it's a business idea, get into implementation of your ideas, if you fail at first, you know areas to work on to improve. It's always better to get knowledge and apply it quickly. If you reach a challenge that you don't understand, you go back to the books and learn some more and you get back to implementation, and doing. Some people unintentionally do this, but the fact is that they're afraid of taking action. Don't be like that, so much more is learned by taking action.

Thanks for reading!

That's why in the jobs they always require experience because it's the application for the knowledge you've learnt in the years of study, and if you just keep gathering the information, you will find yourself full of knowledge...a useless knowledge that has never been under any use.
