Be More Professional

Working in an office environment will definitely come with it's own challenges as it is inevitable that problems may want to destroy or bring down your positive attitude at work. Once this happen your productivity rate will be affected as you won't be performing at your best. You can tackle this issue by becoming more professional. Approaching your work in a more professional manner is a great way to help you maintain your positive attitude at work. Take a more constructive approach to tackle things that might disrupt your positivity at work. For instance, if you have to deal with an unpleasant customer, all you have to do is handle the situation in a professional manner. This way would not only help you feel more focus and calm, it will also make the customer stay calm and happy with you.

I remember having an issue with the service of a particular brand company. I was so angry that I had to approach their customer service desk with rage. The guy at that the desk, was very polite and responded to me in a professional manner and he was very calm all through the process, which is very remarkable, because I was raging a lot, I really did lost my cool that day 😊. His positive attitude eventually robbed off on me and made me calm and listened to what he was saying. That really made me happy and my issue was resolved immediately. As an employee or entrepreneur, it is always good to invest in your career or skill by taking more professional courses. It will give you more confidence when challenges arises which will make you calm and collective without you losing your positive attitude at work. Improving yourself professionally, also will make you like your work more, making it more enjoyable and ultimately more rewarding, which in turn will make you be able to maintain your positive attitude at work at all time.

Raging out at office is really common with me too. I dont know why but i tend to meet a lot of people who are doing what they do not know about or what they shouldn't really do because they do not care about it. This rages me out because I have to explain the same thing over and over again to similar people who do not understand the basics of their job and duties.

But yes, professionalism is important. Being polite is a better way to tackle any situation.

Many times repeating over and over again is often very annoying, I get the point. The truth is that you have to have a lot of patience.

Everything about work space needs to be kept highly professional, even if everyone needs to be in a relaxed mood there still needs to be a clear level of professionalism.

I agree with your point here. Even though work space may have their own challenges, we must not fail to be as professional as possible in our approach. We should be able to separate personal space from work space.
Nice piece as usual. Thanks for sharing

Hi @gifxlove
Being a professional goes beyond having a college degree, no doubt. Having the possibility to keep growing in what we do is also related to the taste we have for the work we do.

Hi @gifxlove

Good to have you back, "Take a more constructive approach to dealing with things that might upset your positivity at work", most people are not in control of their emotions, therefore they find it difficult to deal with any adverse situation in a constructive way. Thank you for this thoughtful article.

Best regards, be well.
