Nobody's flawless. We all have bad habits that we only seem to be unable to break. Some people have a hold on cigarettes; others can't say no to alcohol, sweets or a couch life in front of the TV.As much as we want to make more healthy decisions, it's hard to adjust. Also the understanding that our decisions can always hurt us is not enough to make us mend our ways.

Amazingly, individuals who have already suffered from heart attacks, diabetes or other lifestyle-related disorders, people who know the effects of their actions intimately, also have a particularly difficult time turning things around. To get people to give up their unhealthy ways see to take more than a wake-up call, even a life-threatening one.




PUSH YOURSELF

We should everyday choose one task to do which we don't like to or get bored doing. From going to supermarket buying groceries to making food for the family after you start doing this for some days you will realize it is not the task that you don't like but its's your habits of postponing things. Everything you need to do is make the first step toward the things which you don't like doing this will improve your way of thinking towards many aspects of life.

PUT YOUR MOBILE PHONE AWAY

In the morning we all have difficulties waking up and what we usually do put our phone alarm to snooze and go to sleep again the difficult task is not to wake up but to stand up from our bed so if your phone will be on the other side of the room you will need to take a few steps to make it stop ringing then you feel like your are thirsty as well and have to go to kitchen to drink some water and after that you don't think your Bed is comfortable anymore and you have a lot of tasks to do ahead.

TAKE YOUR TIME

Instead of saying yes to an offer only to find later that it doesn't suit your timetable, it's best to think about it for a few minutes. In the long term, it will save you a great amount of time and disappointment.


MANAGE YOUR SPENDINGS

When i go for a shopping i don't usually buy an item that i like straight away but i go home if that thing be on my mind for 3 days then i buy it otherwise i just forget about it and think it was just a compulsive shopping

Many people wait for different sale's in the market and end up buying stuff that is of no use of them .we think of getting a good price and feel happy and satisfied until we go home and Realize that the stuff we bought is no use of us .

Before buying anything just ask yourself a simple question for it that was the price worth it and will that item be of any use to you ? "If the answer is negative just walk away.

PREPARE YOURSELF FOR THE UPCOMING DAY

Give 15 minutes of time planning about your rest of the day and write down a to-do list so you won't forget any task in your day ahead .Work on completing as many task as you can so as to make your next day easier this will be very helpful for you. This will not only help you but you will also be able to give more time to your family as well.


EAT HEALTHY

When you do a lot of tasks while eating a meal example watching a movie or talking to someone it will distract you and you end up eating more then your body require so give your appropriate time to your meal Rather then putting it in different tasks.

Healthy eating is an important part of living a healthy lifestyle as healthy minds rest in a healthy body and to make that body healthy you need good amount of nutrition.

WRITE USEFUL IDEAS

There are some times when you think of an idea which you think will be very useful in your work but after some time you forget about that idea in order to remember it writing it is a very good option So acquire a habit of writing down the stuff even if it's not important.


A BREAK FROM SOCIAL MEDIA MADNESS

Talking about myself i had a very bad habit of wasting my time scrolling to social media for no reason i would pick up my phone surf social media for 30 minutes not even posting anything but just wasting my time .
Facebook is a good way to learn about current events and trending news whereas Instagram is a good option for inspiration for writing but this is only good till the time we use it in moderation . Instead of deleting social media applications from my phone i rather choose to not use them on Sunday's and it really worked for me after some weeks i can get time offscreen not only on Sunday's but also on other weekdays

So if you are having problems same like i used to had all you need is to motivate yourself and apply some rules in your life and i assure you it will definitely bring a change to your lifestyle.

SET A TIMER FOR YOUR TASK

Give yourself time to do different tasks and set a timer in your mobile phone for the same this will not only help you to do a task much faster but will also improve your skills and help you to manage your time.

This is one of the major things which help me to manage time while I am travelling and exploring different cities every month.
