Interesting choice of topic @yohan2on

Solid read. I'm always eager to learn some new perspective on social media marketing :)

Personally, I am connected to over 10 social media sites where I am actively involved in chats and creating posts on a daily basis.

10? omg. Don't you feel like it's a time waster to be part of so many social media platforms?

Companies need feedback from their customers in regards to whether they enjoyed the service or not.

Indeed. However it's not true that companies want feedback to be shared with them via social media. This is probably last thing they would want. Social media is not place where people and companies are honest with their opinion and feedbacks. That's place where we all lie, lie and again lie. Create fake feedbacks, photoshopped pictures, we post make up stories. Anything and everything - except of honesty. That's at least my impression.

ps. I was wondering why is picture used by you so very very small.

Have a great sunday ahead,
Yours, Piotr

Thanks so much for your honest response and for adding value to this blog post. You have a great point there

Regardless of such circumstances social media marketing still remains very pivotal in business growth. The challenge lies in the need to convince and to persuade the un-easy customers by the company and that's when such lies come in.

Thanks for that observation: I have resized that picture.
